We have fantastic news for our Senior Citizens!
The City Council of La Puente has approved the “Senior Sewer Discount Program” for the property tax year 2024-2025.
If you meet the following requirements, you can take advantage of this program:
You must be a property owner who is 62 years or older as of May 1st, 2024.
The income guidelines are based on the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development, according to section 4.10.070 of the City’s municipal code.
Your water usage should be less than 200 gallons per day.
Filing period: March 1st – May 1st, 2024.
Application deadline: May 1st, 2024.
