The City of La Puente offers assistance of up to $200,000 through a deferred loan at a 0% interest rate to empower First-Time Homebuyers.
Program Requirements:
- Pre-qualify for a fixed-rate first mortgage and meet income requirements.
- Ensure the property is located within the City of La Puente limits.
- Make a down payment of at least 3.5% from your funds.
- Must complete an 8-hour HUD-approved Homebuyer Counseling Course.
