Vehicles must remain parked during event hours. No burnouts, reckless driving, alcohol, or unsafe behavior permitted. All participants must comply with City of La Puente rules, insurance requirements, and the directions of event staff and City officials at all times.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT

In consideration of being permitted to participate in the La Puente Community Foundation Car Show, the undersigned participant(s) hereby agree to release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the La Puente Community Foundation, the City of La Puente, all merchants, sponsors, and their respective officers, officials, employees, agents, volunteers, and independent contractors from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, or causes of action arising out of or related to participation in this event.

Participant(s) acknowledge that participation in the Car Show involves inherent risks and voluntarily assume all such risks associated with participation.

Participant(s) further acknowledge that they maintain valid automobile liability insurance in compliance with California Vehicle Code Section 16020(a)–(b) and agree to provide proof of insurance upon request.

This release shall be binding upon the participant(s), their heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns.

REGISTRATION FEE ACKNOWLEDGMENT

I acknowledge that participation in the Car Show requires payment of a non-refundable vehicle registration fee of $40.00. I understand that the registration fee includes one event T shirt. T-shirt sizes are subject to availability. No substitutions or exchanges. Payment of the registration fee is required to secure participation and does not guarantee awards or placement.
